JOB REQUIREMENTS / SKILLS / GIFTINGS:

• Minimum of 7 years, full time, experience serving in a church of at least 400 in weekly attendance
• Exceptional communications skills, including demonstrated ability to preach and teach the Word of God in a way that leads to life-changing impact
• Possess a Godly character, exhibits humility and a servant’s heart, diligent in prayer, meets the requirements of a biblical elder, and in his daily life exhibits the love and grace of God
• Strong leader of people with the ability to build and empower leadership teams
• Seminary Degree from an accredited evangelical seminary

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS / SKILLS / GIFTINGS:

• Minimum of 5 years experience as Senior Pastor in a church of at least 500 in weekly attendance
• Minimum of 10 years, full time experience, serving in a church of at least 500 in weekly attendance  
• Doctor of Ministry
