•Experienced in leading students to embrace all God has for their lives.

•Experienced in developing adults and students to serve in leadership roles.

•Able to connect with students and families both inside and outside the church walls.

•Knowledgeable about student ministry with at least 5 years experience in the local church.

•Able to effectively communicate with both students and adults.

•A team player who knows how to have fun while working hard.

•Able to commit to the purpose, vision, strategy, and beliefs of the church.

This person will…

•Develop, promote, and execute student ministry strategy, events, and programs.

•Lead in recruiting, training, and developing adult volunteers to minister to students.

•Communicate regularly to students and adults in various settings.

•Develop relationships with students and families both inside and outside the walls of the church.

•Oversee weekly student worship experiences.

•Develop and oversee the spiritual development of students through small groups and teaching.

•Manage the student ministry department staff.

•Coordinate the student ministry to work in collaboration with other ministries to fulfill the mission of the church.

Candidates are required to have served, on staff, full time in a church of at least 750 in weekly attendance with a student ministry of 85+.
